Return on Debt Securities

(RODS)

Emails with clear subject lines and detailed instructions will be sent to all relevant parties to facilitate review and ensure that the necessary actions are taken accordingly

1. Notification for Authorized Signatories:
   Email Subject: Request for Signature: Return on Debt Securities Form for [Issuer Name]

   Purpose of the email:
   This email is to request the authorized signatory(ies) to review and affix their signature(s) to the return document. The document has also been shared with relevant parties, including those not required to sign, as well as the user who submitted the return on behalf of the organization, for their review.

2. Notification upon Completion:
   Email Subject: Completed: Request for Signature: Return on Debt Securities Form for [Issuer Name]

   Purpose of the email:
   This email is to notify all relevant parties that the return document has been signed by the authorized signatory(ies) and is now complete. Additionally, this serves as a reminder to the submitter to send the finalized return document to MAS via RODS.

Users can now view the details of the submitted reports under the Communication/Task section of the specified loan

Users will be able to view all sub-documents associated with the individual main loans under the "Loan Listing" metadata page

When exporting all information for the selected loans under "View Loans," the downloaded excel file will also include the "Registry of Holders," organized into individual tabs
